Eclipse Salon is a Newbury Street salon but without the traffic and parking hassle. The salon has an elegant but incredibly friendly vibe because the staff is happy and friendly. David Thompson, the owner, makes everyone feel welcome and all the hair professionals at Eclipse have a loyal following. Make an appointment for a cut, color or both and feel like yourself only better. Just steps from the red line Milton T stop. If you drive there is free parking on the street all around the salon which is situated in a very pleasant area close to the Baker Chocolate residence complex, and shops and restaurants.

Highly recommend this beautiful salon. I was having a hair emergency and had a wedding to attend to. I got a last-minute appointment with Hunter, she made my very tight time window of needing to look beautiful with highlights and style. She did an amazing job, I've never gotten so many compliments. Great atmosphere, friendly and sweet people.

Trish is not only an amazing stylist, but she is also an artist!! She observes and feels your hair, she listens and creates a work of art that compliments her clients features with minimal maintenance! As a curly girlie, I am truly grateful I found Trish!!

Kris is a fabulous colorist, he's a color specialist. I followed him up and down Newbury St for years! We've been together for over 50 years!
